The Proposals

Prime Box and Tayto Group are bringing forward proposals for a new storage, manufacturing and logistics facility to replace a former factory, which is currently being used as inefficient storage space. The proposals would bring a new range of employment and skills requirements to the site and the local area.

The proposals are for Outline Planning Permission, which will establish the principle of the re-development. The detailed design of the scheme will be brought forward through the submission of Reserved Matters or Full Planning Applications in due course.

The proposals seek to deliver modern, sustainable facility that will benefit the local economy long term.
